Work at 60 Degrees

We’re always looking for bright, engaging and insightful recruitment professionals who want to have a direct impact on our client’s business success and who have a genuine desire to do the right thing by our candidates.

60 Perks

You’re Invested in our Success

We’re an employee owned business and really want you to be able to share in our success. When you join, you will be given share options that give you a stake in our future.

Feel Rewarded

Our bonus scheme is completely transparent and we’ll share it with you from day one.

It’s the Little Things

We understand it’s about the little things and that’s why we provide you with a whole range of perks that suit your lifestyle or life stage – whether you’re interested in food and drink, holidays and leisure, kids’ activities, gym membership or technology, there’s a perk for you.

Teamwork is Paramount

Every year we challenge ourselves to reach for the stars and give ourselves an incentive target to hit as a team, which could see us jetting off to the Alps for a ski trip, South Africa for a safari or a spa and golf weekend.

WE CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING

We want you to be happy and healthy both in and outside of work. We’ll provide you with tools such as access to discounts on gym membership, but alongside that, we also care about your welfare. We choose our offices (if you’re office based) to ensure you have as much access to natural light as possible. We encourage you to get outside and make the most of the fresh air – long lunchtime walks aren’t unheard of.

Develop Yourself

Besides any internal training we might offer, every year we’ll give you £100 / 1000 ZAR to put towards developing a new skill of your choice – this could involve learning how to make sushi, being taught how to rock climb, developing your meditation skills or taking a photography course

Happy Hour

Every fortnight, on a Thursday at 5pm is Happy Hour – this is our time to reconnect as a team – laptops and phones get put away and we spend time building and destroying Jenga towers, honing our pub quiz skills or just going for a drink or some food.

And So Much More…

More? Really? Yes, on top of all that, you’ll be offered a pension and in the UK you’ll also get 28 days holiday (plus the 8 bank holidays), whilst in South Africa you’ll get 23 days holiday (plus 13 bank holidays).

If we like what we see, we’ll be in touch to have a chat over the phone and if you keep on impressing us, we’ll get you in to meet with some of us. That way, you’ll get a feel for us and what we do and whether you really do want to be part of the our journey.
