Terms and conditions

Who Can Refer 

Anyone outside of aston holmes and its group of companies can take part.  
(Employees are covered by a separate internal referral scheme.) 

💰 Referral Rewards 

Candidate Referrals 

If you refer a candidate who we successfully place in a role:  

• R2 500.00 online voucher of your choice for placements in Africa 

• €250.00 online voucher of your choice for placements in the UK, Europe, or UAE 

We’ll also donate: 

• R1 000.00 (Africa) or €100.00 (UK/Europe/UAE) to a registered charity of your choice. 

• If you don’t nominate a charity, we’ll donate on your behalf to our corporate partner, Holmies in the Community NPC. 

For fixed-term or contract roles, the reward value will be pro-rated based on the contract length relative to a 12-month equivalent. 

Client Referrals 

If you introduce a new client to us and we successfully place a candidate with them: 

• R5 000.00 online voucher of your choice for African-based clients 

• €500.00 online voucher of your choice for UK/Europe/UAE-based clients 

We’ll also donate: 

• R1 000.00 (Africa) or €100.00 (UK/Europe/UAE) to a registered charity (yours or ours, depending on the region). 

A “new client” means a company with whom aston holmes does not have an active signed agreement or existing commercial relationship at the time of referral. 

📋 Terms & Eligibility 

• Rewards are issued once the placed candidate has successfully completed their probation period with the client, and will be processed as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. 

• All rewards are issued as online vouchers of your choice from reputable brands. 

• Charities must hold a valid registered charity number. 

• We’ll confirm if a referred candidate or client is already known to aston holmes, in which case the referral will not qualify 

• All referrals and rewards are granted at the sole discretion of aston holmes. 

• In accordance with data protection requirements, the Referrer must obtain the permission of the Referee before submitting their details. The Referrer will indemnify aston holmes for any loss or claim arising out of the Referrer’s failure to gain consent from the Referee.  

• All client and candidate referrals must be submitted in writing to referrals@astonholmes.com. 

• All candidate and client referrals are valid for six (6) months from the date of submission. if a referred candidate is not placed within that period, the referral will expire. 

• It is the Referrer’s responsibility to contact the relevant aston holmes consultant to claim their reward. 

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Aston Holmes is not responsible for any voucher that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. 

• If the same candidate or client is referred by more than one person, the reward will be granted to the first valid referral received. 

• Submitting a referral constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
